How do I choose the right bed size?

Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while lying down and add 15–20 cm. Each bed lists its inner dimensions.

How do I measure for a harness or collar?

Measure around the widest part of the chest (harness) or around the neck plus two fingers (collar). Size charts are on each product page.

Are covers machine washable?

Most of our beds and blankets have removable covers that can be washed at 30 °C. Care instructions are on every product page.

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows its delivery time: about 5–7 working days for our own printed designs and 7–15 for items from our partner’s warehouse outside the EU. Delivery is free to every EU country.

Can I return something?

Yes — return anything unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us with your order number and we will send instructions.

Is there a guarantee?

Every product carries the two-year EU legal guarantee. If something is faulty, send us a photo and we will put it right.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
